Interestingly enough, one of the business owners mentioned that they keep all information, pictures, reviews etc up to date. This step is often not completed by the business owner (or their respective service provider) and actually has a significant effect not only on the image of the business online as such, but a complete profile together with reviews will strengthen the ‘call to action’ of your prospects. It shows a commitment of the business to their respective products and services, as well as the communities they serve.
